MEDITATION
Meditation has evolved somewhat since earlier styles of meditation. Long gone are the days of sitting in difficult positions trying to calm the mind.

At Phoenix Therapies we offer guided meditation and visualisation sessions either as a group or private one on one sessions.
During these sessions we focus on your breathing and total relaxation. We also include Chakra balancing of your meridian system and positive affirmations during the meditation.
In our Basic Meditation group, you will learn how to create a supportive environment for meditation including sound, aroma, lighting and modern techniques such as visualisation, which will help you to balance the right and left sides of the brain.
