This 2-day retreat is designed to provide you with relaxation techniques to reduce and even eliminate stress from your life.  We will give you the tools to release negative thoughts and create a new life full of motivation, acceptance, tolerance and abundance.  This is your weekend to "seize the day" and learn to go "back to basics" for your own wellbeing.

This weekend retreat is held at the picturesque Anapana Ridge in Lesmurdie, a 5-acre property with tranquil water features and natural bird life.  Other facilities include a steaming heated spa, refreshing swimming pool, cosy log fire during the cooler months and extensive gardens and trail walks, which can be viewed from the jarrah verandah of the homestead.  This retreat includes your accommodation, all country style home cooked meals and refreshments, guest speaker and demonstrations to create peace and harmony in your life, the use of essential oils, workshop notes and all retreat facilities.

"Heal Your Life" Workshop


A life changing workshop based on the
